Choco honey BIO contains 95% organic polyflower honey and 5% organic cocoa. Creaming is a complex process through which very fine crystals are obtained, which gives it its creamy texture. Polyflora honey crystallizes easily and its properties remain unchanged after the process of transformation into cream.
