Acacia honey is a very good tonic, being recommended for people with low immunity or those in convalescence. Due to the slightly acidic pH, it can be used successfully in the treatment of digestive disorders such as gastritis and ulcers
The composition of acacia honey includes vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12), minerals and enzymes essential for a healthy life.
The high content of fructose makes it stay in a liquid state for a very long time without crystallizing (12-18 months from the date of harvest).
Organic honey or ecological honey is obtained in compliance with strict conditions (as in the case of other ecological products), among which we mention:
– The beehive must be located in an ecological area, meaning without industrial polluting factors or intensive crops that are treated with pesticides.
– It is not allowed to use any antibiotics in the treatment of bee families.
The ecological certification bodies check these conditions and many others throughout the year, and prepare honey and wax samples for analysis.
It should be noted that the wax used in the production of eco-friendly artificial honeycombs must only come from eco-certified beehives.
